The religious character of the school is expressed in its ethos. The importance of understanding and applying moral values is emphasised to all pupils within a Christian context.
The school did follow the scheme, “Come and See” and are currently transitioning to full school implementation of the Catholic Religious Education Directory (RED) by September 2026. This includes a study of comparative religion working towards an appreciation of other faith systems and traditions.
Weekly masses are either based on holy days of obligation, feast days of saints or on a theme relevant to the pupils and are led by each of the different year groups from Reception upwards in rotation.
